Scallop Prawn Laksa Pasta – pan-seared Hokkaido scallops & grilled black tiger prawns, bean sprouts in a slightly spicy & creamy Peranakan coconut-based curry broth, garnished with red chilli flakes & laksa leaves.

Tom Yum Seafood Spaghetti – juicy black tiger prawns, squid, assorted mushrooms, coriander in a distinctive, slightly spicy & sour Tom Yum sauce infused with fragrant herbs & spices.

Chicken Mango Avocado Salad – grilled chicken, mango, creamy avocado, onion rings, chopped peanuts and mesclun, refreshing summer flavours served with a delicious house-made sweet chilli dressing.

Grilled Ebi Miso Pasta – grilled black tiger prawns, brussels sprouts in an earthy & umami-laden Japanese miso broth, garnished with crunchy dried seaweed & sesame seeds.

Sakura Mentaiko Smoked Salmon Pasta – premium smoked salmon in our super addictive & creamy mentaiko 明太子 sauce, garnished with fresh argula leaves & parmesan cheese topping. The raw mentaiko has been marinated in seasonings & spices that offer the distinctive coral-pink colour without the heat.

Mocha Calamari – Singapore’s first: combining coffee by Justin Metcalf World Barista Judge™ & dark chocolate in our special recipe to create this uniquely flavoured fried calamari dish, served with our house-made French rémoulade dip.

Oki Enoki Mushroom Fries – a firm customer favourite since it was first introduced in 2018. This version is served with an appetising wasabi mayo.
